Paciente feminina, 23 anos, em avaliação pré anestésica. Tem diagnóstico de Trissomia do 21, dislipidemia, doença pulmonar obstrutiva crônica e hipertensão arterial sistêmica.  Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular, com sobrecarga ventricular direita, representada por complexo QRS tem duração de 96 ms, normal, eixo elétrico em -161 graus, desviado para direita; aumento da amplitude da onda R em V1 e V2, ondas S profundas em V5 e V6. 

A 23-year-old female patient is undergoing a pre-anesthetic evaluation. She has been diagnosed with Trisomy 21, dyslipidemia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and systemic arterial hypertension. An electrocardiogram (ECG) shows a regular sinus rhythm with signs of right ventricular enlargement. The QRS complex duration is 96 ms, and the electrical axis at -161 degrees, deviated to the right. There is an increased amplitude of the R wave in leads V1 and V2, deep S waves in leads V5 and V6, and a rightward deviation of the QRS axis.

Paciente feminina, 35 anos, em avaliação pré-anestésica. Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular, com sobrecarga ventricular direita, representada por aumento da amplitude da onda R em V1 e V2, ondas S profundas em V5 e V6 e desvio para direita do eixo de QRS. 

A 35-year-old female patient is undergoing a pre-anesthetic evaluation. The ECG shows a regular sinus rhythm with signs of right ventricular overload. This is indicated by an increased amplitude of the R wave in leads V1 and V2, deep S waves in leads V5 and V6, and a rightward deviation of the QRS axis.
