Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular, com complexo QRS de duração 96 ms, normal, eixo elétrico em -161 graus, desviado para direita; aumento da amplitude da onda R em V1 e V2, ondas S profundas em V5 e V6, correspondendo a sobrecarga ventricular direita.
