Paciente feminina, 66 anos, em avaliação pré-anestésica. Tem diagnóstico de diabetes mellitus. Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular e traçado dentro dos limites da normalidade para idade e sexo. Apresenta possível inversão de eletrodos em V2 e V3 que não impede o laudo.

66-year-old female patient undergoing pre-anesthetic evaluation. She has medical history of diabetes mellitus. On ECG, tracing shows regular sinus rhythm and tracing within normal limits for her age and sex. There is a possible lead reversal in leads V2 and V3 that does not preclude interpretation.
