Esta mensagem é incluída no laudo quando o traçado eletrocardiográfico apresenta alterações que sugerem inversão de positionamento dos eletrodos que NÃO prejudica a análise do exame:
- Presença de P, QRS e T positivos em AVR e em V6
E/OU
- Alteração da progressão normal da onda R de V1 a V6, sem prejudicar a análise de exame

This message is included in the report when the electrocardiographic tracing presents changes that suggest inversion of electrode positioning that DOES NOT affect the analysis of the exam:
- Presence of positive P, QRS and T in AVR and V6
AND/OR
- Change in the normal progression of the R wave from V1 to V6, without compromising the examination analysis
