Paciente masculino, 19 anos, com queixa de dor torácica. Sem comorbidades. Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular, com eixo de QRS entre +90° e +180°; QRS predominantemente negativo em DI e positivo em aVF, compatível com desvio do eixo de QRS para direita. 

A 19-year-old male patient is presenting with chest pain. The ECG shows a regular sinus rhythm with a QRS axis between +90° and +180°. There is a predominantly negative QRS in lead I and a positive QRS in lead aVF, indicating a rightward deviation of the QRS axis.

A 25-year-old female patient is undergoing a pre-anesthetic evaluation. She is a smoker. The ECG shows a regular sinus rhythm with a QRS axis between +90° and +180°. The QRS complex is predominantly negative in lead I and positive in lead aVF, indicating a rightward deviation of the QRS axis.
