Presença de onda Q patológica em duas derivações contíguas. A onda Q deve ter duração igual ou superior a 40 ms, associadas ou não à amplitude > 25% de todo QRS ou redução da onda R em área onde a mesma é esperada
e deveria estar presente.

Presence of a pathological Q wave in two contiguous leads. The Q wave must have a duration equal to or greater than 40 ms, associated or not with amplitude > 25% of the entire QRS or reduction of the R wave in an area where it is expected and should be present.
