Paciente feminina, 51 anos, com queixa de dispneia e dor torácica. Tem diagnóstico de Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica. Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo idioventricular acelerado com FC 96 bpm, representado por QRS alargado, com R puro em V1 e aVR, inferindo-se origem ventricular do ritmo.
