 Paciente feminina, 46 anos, com queixa de dor torácica. Ao ECG, apresenta repolarização precoce em parede inferior, representada por supradesnível do ponto J de 1 mm, com ST supradesnivelado e com concavidade superior, mais visível nas derivações DII,DIII e aVF. 

A 46-year-old female patient is experiencing chest pain. The ECG shows early repolarization in the inferior wall, characterized by a J-point elevation of 1 mm and ST elevation with a superior concavity, most noticeable in leads II, III, and aVF.
