Esta mensagem é incluída no laudo quando o traçado eletrocardiográfico apresenta alterações que sugerem inversão de posicionamento dos eletrodos que prejudica a análise do exame:  presença de P, QRS e T positivos em AVR e em V6 E/OU alteração da progressão normal da onda R de V1 a V6;

This message is included in the report when the electrocardiographic tracing presents changes that suggest inversion of electrode positioning that impairs the analysis of the exam: presence of positive P, QRS and T in AVR and V6 AND/OR change in the normal progression of the R wave from V1 to V6;
