Exemplo 1 | Example #1

Paciente masculino, 91 anos, hipertenso controlado.

A 91-year-old male with controlled hypertension is taking beta blockers. An ECG reveals an absence of the P wave and QRS complex for more than 1.5 seconds in lead II, which is consistent with a sinus pause. Additionally, first-degree heart block is noted, indicated by a PR interval greater than 200 milliseconds in lead II.

  • Exemplo 2 | Example #2

Paciente feminino, 68 anos, pós-PCR.

A 68-year-old female patient is post-cardiopulmonary arrest. The ECG shows an absence of P waves and QRS complexes, each lasting 140 ms, indicating an accelerated idioventricular rhythm. Additionally, an interval greater than 1.5 seconds of sinus pause was observed in lead DII.
