Paciente masculino, 68 anos, com queixa de dispneia. Tabagista, tem diagnósticos de diabetes mellitus e hipertensão arterial sistêmica. Em uso de diuréticos, hipoglicemiante oral, insulina e sinvastatina. História de AVC prévio. 

Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal com Intervalo QT prolongado, representado por intervalo QT corrigido de 474 ms, aumentado. Observa-se, também, área eletricamente inativa em parede em parede septal, extrassístole ventricularseptal e alterações inespecíficas da repolarização ventricular.

 

A 68-year-old male patient presents with complaints of dyspnea. He is a smoker and has a history of diabetes mellitus and systemic arterial hypertension. His current medications include diuretics, oral hypoglycemic agents, insulin, and simvastatin. He also has a history of a previous stroke.

An electrocardiogram (ECG) reveals sinus rhythm with a prolonged QT interval, specifically a corrected QT interval of 474 ms. Additionally, there is an electrically inactive area in the septal wall, the presence of ventricular extrasystoles, and nonspecific changes in ventricular repolarization.
