Paciente feminina, 35 anos, assintomática. Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular,  artefatos e/ou irregularidades na linha de base que não prejudicam a interpretação do exame. Observa-se, também, alterações inespecíficas da repolarização ventricular.

Paciente feminina, 98 anos, assintomática. Tem diagnósticos de hipertensão arterial sistêmica ou diabetes mellitus. Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular, com artefatos e/ou irregularidades na linha de base que não prejudicam a interpretação do exame. Observa-se, também, bloqueio de ramo esquerdo. 

A 98-year-old female patient is asymptomatic and has been diagnosed with systemic arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The ECG shows a regular sinus rhythm, though there are some artifacts and irregularities in the baseline that do not affect the interpretation of the exam. Additionally, a left bundle branch block is present.
