Paciente feminina, 52 anos, com queixa de dor torácica. Em uso de betabloqueador e IECA. Relata história familiar de doença coronariana.  Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo cardíaco irregular com intervalo RR variável e ondas P ausentes, compatível com fibrilação atrial de resposta adequada, com FC 79 bpm. 

A 52-year-old female patient is complaining of chest pain. She takes beta-blockers and ACE inhibitors daily and has a family history of coronary disease. An ECG reveals an irregular heart rhythm with varying RR intervals and absent P waves, consistent with atrial fibrillation. Her heart rate is 79 beats per minute, indicating an adequate response.

Paciente feminina, 89 anos, com queixa de dispneia e dor torácica. Em uso de betabloqueador. Tem diagnóstico de hipertensão arterial e história prévia de AVC.  Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo cardíaco irregular com intervalo RR variável e ondas P ausentes, compatível com fibrilação atrial de alta resposta, com FC 131 bpm.

Female patient, 89 years old, complaining of dyspnea and chest pain. Takes beta blockers daily. She has a diagnosis of high blood pressure and a previous history of stroke. On the ECG, she presents with an irregular heart rhythm, characterized by a variable RR interval and absent P waves, consistent with atrial fibrillation with high ventricular rate (heart rate of 131 bpm).
