Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular com distúrbio de condução do ramo direito, representado por complexo QRS de duração de 116 ms, eixo elétrico em 1 grau, com rS/qS em V1 e onda S alargada em V5, V6 e DI.DI, compatível com distúrbio de condução do ramo direito. Observa-se, também, sobrecarga atrial esquerda.
