Paciente masculino, 66 anos, em avaliação pré-anestésica. Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular com distúrbio de condução do ramo direito, representado por complexo QRS de duração de 116 ms, eixo elétrico em 1 graus, normal QRS < 120 ms,grau, com rS/qS em V1 e onda S alargada em V5, V6 e DI. Observa-se, também, sobrecarga atrial esquerda.

The ECG shows arevealed regular sinus rhythm with right bundle branch block,conduction indicateddisturbance, represented by a QRS complex lasting 116 ms.ms, Thea 1-degree electrical axisaxis, is at 1 degree, and while the normal QRS duration is less than 120 ms, the patient displays anwith rS/qS pattern in lead V1 and a widened S waveswave in leads V5, V6, and DI.D1. Additionally, leftLeft atrial enlargement iswas also observed.

Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular com distúrbio de condução do ramo direito, representado por complexo QRS de duração 118 ms, eixo elétrico em 24 graus, normal QRS < 120 ms, com rS/qS em V1 e onda S alargada em V5, V6 e DI.

A 66-year-old female patient is asymptomatic and has been diagnosed with systemic arterial hypertension. The ECG shows a regular sinus rhythm with a right bundle branch block, indicated by a QRS complex duration of 118 ms. The electrical axis is at 24 degrees, which is normal since the QRS duration is less than 120 ms.degrees. In leads V1, there is an rS pattern, and in leads V5, V6, and DI, there is a widened S wave.
