Paciente masculino, 60 anos, assintomático. ECG realizado para avaliação pré-anestésica. Ao ECG, apresenta dissociação atrioventricular isorrítmica, representada por ritmo atrial independente do ritmo ventricular, com ausência de enlace AV. 

Male patient, 60 years old, asymptomatic. ECG performed for pre-anesthetic evaluation. On the ECG, there is isorhythmic atrioventricular dissociation, represented by an atrial rhythm independent of the ventricular rhythm, with the absence of an AV link.

Paciente feminina, 21 anos, submetida a exame após picada de escorpião. Ao ECG, apresenta dissociação atrioventricular isorrítmica, representada por ritmo atrial independente do ritmo ventricular, com ausência de enlace AV. Observa-se, também, presença de bloqueio de ramo esquerdo, representado por QRS alargado, com rS/qS em V1 e ondas R empastadas em V5, V6 e D1. 

Female patient, 21 years old, underwent examination after a scorpion sting. The ECG shows isorhythmic atrioventricular dissociation, represented by an atrial rhythm independent of the ventricular rhythm, with absence of AV link. It is also observed the presence of left bundle branch block, represented by a wide QRS, with rS/qS in V1 and jammed R waves in V5, V6 and D1.
