Paciente masculino, 54 anos, em avaliação pré-anestésica. Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular, com eixo de QRS entre -30° e -90°; QRS predominantemente positivo em DI e negativo em aVF.aVF, com eixo 30° e -90°, correspondendo a desvio do eixo de QRS para a esquerda. 

54-year-old male patient undergoing pre-anesthetic evaluation. The ECG demonstrates a regular sinus rhythm, with a QRS axis between -30° and -90°. There is predominantly positive QRS in lead I and negative in lead aVF and QRS axis between -30° and -90°, correspondig to QRS axis deviation to the left.

Paciente feminina, 67 anos, com queixa de dor torácica. Tem diagnósticos de hipertensão  e obesidade. Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular, com complexos QRS predominantemente positivos em DI e negativo em aVF, correspondendo a umcom eixo de QRS entre -30° e -90°, correspondendo a eixo de QRS desviado para a esquerda. 

A 67-year-old female patient presenting with chest pain. She has history of hypertension and obesity.  On ECG, tracing shows  regular sinus rhythm with QRS complexes predominantly positive in lead I and negative in lead aVF, corresponding towith a QRS axis deviated to the left (between -30° and -90°), corresponding to QRS axis deviation to the left.
