Paciente masculino, 54 anos, em avaliação pré-anestésica. Tabagista e hipertenso. Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular, com eixo de QRS entre -30° e -90°; QRS predominantemente positivo em DI e negativo em aVF.

54-year-old male patient undergoing pre-anesthetic evaluation. He is a smoker. Physical examination shows blood pressure of 160/100 mmHg. The ECG demonstrates a regular sinus rhythm, with a QRS axis between -30° and -90°. There is predominantly positive QRS in lead I and negative in lead aVF

Paciente feminina, 67 anos, com queixa de dor torácica. Tem diagnósticos de hipertensão  e obesidade. Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular, com eixo de QRS entre -30° e -90°; QRS predominantemente positivo em DI e negativo em aVF.

A 67-year-old female patient is experiencing chest pain. She has been diagnosed with systemic arterial hypertension and obesity. Her current medications include Losartan and Furosemide.  The electrocardiogram (ECG) shows a regular sinus rhythm with a QRS axis between -30° and -90°. The QRS complexes are predominantly positive in lead I and negative in lead aVF.
