A 67-year-old female patient is experiencing chest pain. She has been diagnosed with systemic arterial hypertension and obesity.  The electrocardiogram (ECG) shows a regular sinus rhythm with a QRS axis between -30° and -90°. The QRS complexes are predominantly positive in lead I and negative in lead aVF.
