Paciente do sexo feminino, 76 anos, em exame de rotina. Tem diagnóstico de hipertensão arterial.  Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular, com QRS maior que 120 ms, sem preencher os demais critérios para BRD e ou BRE, correspondendo a Bloqueio Intraventricular Inespecífico. Observa-se, também, desvio do eixo do QRS para a esquerda.

On ECG, she presents normal sinus rhythm with high blood pressure.
