Paciente do sexo feminino, 76 anos, em exame de rotina. Tem diagnóstico de hipertensão arterial.  Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular, com Bloqueio Intraventricular Inespecífico, por se tratar de um adulto comfico: QRS maior que 120 msms, que nãosem preencher os demais critérios para BRD e ou BRE. Observa-se, também, desvio do eixo do QRS para a esquerda. 

A 76-year-old female patient is undergoing a routine examination. She is currently taking beta blockers and has been diagnosed with high blood pressure. The ECG shows a regular sinus rhythm, but it also indicates a non-specific intraventricular block, as the QRS duration is greater than 120 ms and does not meet the criteria for right bundle branch block (RBBB) or left bundle branch block (LBBB). Additionally, a leftward deviation of the QRS axis is observed.

Paciente masculino, 73 anos, em exame realizado para avaliação pré-anestésica. Tem diagnósticos de HAS e obesidade. Tem história familiar positiva de doença coronariana. Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular, com Bloqueio Intraventricular Inespecífico, por se tratar de um adulto com QRS maior que 120 ms que não preencher os demais critérios para BRD e ou BRE. 

A 73-year-old male patient is undergoing a pre-anesthetic evaluation. He is currently taking AAS, statins, Losartan, and Carvedilol. The patient has been diagnosed with hypertension and obesity, and there is a positive family history of coronary disease. The ECG shows a regular sinus rhythm with a non-specific intraventricular block. The QRS duration is greater than 120 ms; however, the patient does not meet the criteria for right bundle branch block (RBBB) or left bundle branch block (LBBB).
