A 63-year-old female patient is complaining of chest pain. She has a history of systemic arterial hypertension and is currently using AAS (acetylsalicylic acid). The ECG shows a regular sinus rhythm with a left bundle branch block affecting the anterior superior division. The QRS complex duration is 98 ms (normal is less than 120 ms) with an electrical axis of -49 degrees, deviated to the left. There is a qR pattern observed in lead aVL, along with a gradual increase in the R wave in the precordial leads.

A 57-year-old male patient is asymptomatic. The ECG shows a regular sinus rhythm and an anterior superior divisional block of the left bundle branch, indicated by a QRS complex lasting 106 ms (which is less than 120 ms). The electrical axis is normal at -45 degrees, with a leftward deviation. Additionally, there is a qR pattern observed in lead aVL.
