Paciente do sexo masculino, 19 anos, com queixa de dor torácica, e epigastralgia. Tem história familiar de doença coronariana. Ao exame físico, PA 160/120 mmHg. Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal com com variação do intervalo PP entre 160 e 220 ms, compatível com arritmia sinusal. 

A 19-year-old male patient is experiencing chest pain and epigastric pain. He has a family history of coronary disease. Upon physical examination, his blood pressure was found to be 160/120 mmHg. An ECG shows a sinus rhythm with a variation in the PP interval ranging from 160 to 220 ms, which is consistent with sinus arrhythmia.
