 Paciente masculino, 63 anos, assintomático, em exame realizado para risco cirúrgico. Tem diagnóstico de hipertensão, em uso de Losartana. Tabagista. Ao ECG, apresenta taquicardia atrial , com onda P de morfologia distinta da sinusal, com frequência atrial maior que 100 bpm. 

 Male patient, 63 years old, asymptomatic, undergoing pre-anesthetic examination. He is diagnosed with hypertension, currently taking taking Losartan. Smoker.
