Eixo elétrico de QRS no plano frontal desviado para a direita (>110° ou mais). 

 Onda R de ampla voltagem em V1 (> 7 mm ou R/S >1). 

 Ondas S profundas em V5 ou V6 (> 7 mm ou R/S < 1).
