Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular com onda P de 144 ms de duração (<span data-sheets-root="1">≥ 120 ms), </span>com duplo pico separados por mais que 0,04 s em DII e com área da porção negativa da onda P em V1 maior ou igual a 40 mm/s, correspondendo a **sobrecarga atrial esquerda**. Observa-se, também, alterações inespecíficas da repolarização ventricular.
