Esta mensagem é incluída no laudo quando o traçado eletrocardiográfico apresenta alterações que sugerem inversão de posicionamento dos eletrodos que prejudica a análise do exame:  presença de P, QRS e T positivos em AVR e em V6 E/OU alteração da progressão normal da onda R de V1 a V6; 

 This message is included in the report when the electrocardiographic tracing presents changes that suggest inversion of electrode positioning that impairs the analysis of the exam: p resence of positive P, QRS and T in AVR and V6 AND/OR c hange in the normal progression of the R wave from V1 to V6;

 Paciente masculino, 50 anos, assintomático.  Ao ECG, o traçado apresenta P, QRS e T positivos em AVR. Essas alterações sugerem possível inversão de posicionamento de eletrodos que prejudica a análise adequada do traçado.  

 50-year-old male, asymptomatic. On ECG, the tracing shows positive P, QRS, and T waves in AVR. These findings suggest possible electrode misplacement that impairs proper analysis of the tracing.

 Paciente feminina, 64 anos, com queixa de dor torácica. Tem diagnóstico de hipertensão arterial sistêmica. Ao ECG, apresenta P, QRS e T positivos em AVR and V6, o que sugere possível inversão de posicionamento de eletrodos que prejudica a análise do traçado.  

 64-year-old female patient presenting with chest pain with history of hypertension. On ECG,  tracing shows positive P waves, QRS complexes, and T waves in leads AVR and V6. These finding suggest possible inversion of electrode positioning, impairing proper analysis.
