Ondas T negativas simétricas, pontiagudas OU assimétricas com amplitude entre 1 a 5 mm, na ausência de bloqueio de ramo, SVE, MP e pré-excitação ventricular. 

 Symmetrical, pointed OR asymmetric negative T waves with amplitude between 1 and 5 mm, in the absence of bundle branch block, LVH, pace-maker and ventricular pre-excitation.

 Paciente do sexo feminino, 58 anos, em exame de rotina. Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular com FC de 70 bpm. Apresenta também achados compatíveis com  alterações primárias da repolarização ventricular, com ondas T negativas assimétricas com amplitude entre 1 a 5 mm nas derivações V2,V3,V4 e V5 , na ausência de bloqueio de ramo, SVE, MP e pré-excitação.  

 A 58-year-old female patient undergoing a routine examination. The ECG showed regular sinus rhythm with a heart rate of 70 bpm. The patient also presented findings compatible with primary alterations in ventricular repolarization , with asymmetrical negative T waves with amplitudes ranging from 1 to 5 mm in leads V2, V3, V4 and V5, in the absence of bundle branch block, LVE, pace-maker and pre-excitation.
