Paciente masculino, 58 anos, com queixa de dor torácica. História prévia de infarto e revascularização miocárdica prévia. Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular, depressão do segmento ST menor que 0,5 mm e ondas T aplanadas ou negativa(s) com amplitude menor que 1 mm ou menor que 10% da amplitude de R da mesma derivação (se R > 10 mm) nas derivações DI, DII, DIII, aVL, aVF, V1, V2, V3, V4, V5 e V6, correspondendo a alterações inespecíficas da repolarização ventricular de forma difusa.
58-year-old male patient presenting with chest pain. He has a previous history of myocardial infarction and prioe coronary artery bypassing grafting. On ECG, tracing shows regular sinus rhythm with ST segment depression less than 0.5 mm, and flattened or negative T waves with amplitude <1 mm or <10% of the R wave amplitude in the same lead (if R >10 mm), observed in leads I, II, III, aVL, aVF, V1, V2, V3, V4, V5, and V6, corresponding to diffuse nonspecific changes in ventricular repolarization.

Paciente masculino, 71 anos, com queixa de dor torácica. Tabagista, tem diagnósticos de dislipidemia, hipertensão arterial sistêmica. História de infarto prévio. Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular, com ondas T aplanadas ou negativas com amplitude menor que 1 mm ou menor que 10% da amplitude de R da mesma derivação( se R > 10 mm) nas derivações DI e aVL, correspondendo a alterações inespecíficas da repolarização ventricular. Observa-se, também, área eletricamente inativa em parede septal.
A 71-year-old male patient presenting with chest pain. Smoker, he fas a medical hisoty of of dyslipidemia and hypertension, as well as previous myocardial infarction. On ECG, tracing shows regular sinus rhythm flattened or negative T waves, with an amplitude of less than 1 mm or less than 10% of the R wave amplitude in the same lead (if R >10 mm) in leads I and aVL corresponding to nonspecific changes in ventricular repolarization. Electrically inactive area in the septal wall is also observed.
