Ao ECG, apresenta ritmo sinusal regular, depressão do segmento ST menor que 0,5 mm e ondas T aplanadas ou negativa(s) com amplitude menor que 1 mm ou menor que 10% da amplitude de R da mesma derivação (se R > 10 mm) nas derivações DI, DII, DIII, aVL, aVF, V1, V2, V3, V4, V5 e V6, correspondendo a **alterações inespecíficas da repolarização ventricular** de forma difusa.
